Existing production lines have been designed for optimum product flow. The equipment is laid out in two production plants.
The manufacturing flow is designed with critical control points, where the product and process is monitored and tested with computer assisted techniques for specification compliance and the reduction of rejections to PPM levels.
The company has acquired considerable expertise in achieving high quality with minimum cost by designing and selecting production techniques, product flow and transportation of the product in the shop floor.

The company operates a competent and qualified Equipment Testing Unit equipped with proper industrial equipment of military standards, know-how and expertise. Printed Circuits Board Production
INTRACOM DEFENSE ELECTRONICS operates a Printed Circuit Boards Unit to meet the requirements for high standard and fast turn-around production of prototype boards and limited quantities of multilayer boards. The production meets the IPC-600 standard. The Unit has been also certified under the MIL-PRF-55110F specification that covers defense applications.
Product Industrialization
The process that leads to the commercial production of new products includes certain preliminary stages, such as the design of mechanical parts, the determination of structural element specifications, the compilation of required documentation, and the construction of testing equipment for products going into production. The company pays close attention to the modern design of new products by employing the services of industrial designers and architects.
Mechanical Prototype Construction
