Digital Wireless System FQUAD-450M

Based on its extensive experience, INTRACOM DEFENSE ELECTRONICS has developed the FQUAD-450M, a complete and flexible telecommunication exchange, placed in an S-144 shelter and based on a wireless digital system designed and manufactured by INTRACOM DEFENSE ELECTRONICS. The system has been designed in the frame of two (2) contracts for the Hellenic Army. The system design ensures robustness and durability of all mechanical support arrangements, protection against vibrations of all installed in shelter devices, reliability of electrical installation, the normal operation even under adverse environmental conditions for temperature and mechanical strain, user friendly operation inside the shelter and fastest possible development and operation of the system.

The systems operates in the 400-470 MHz band and is an excellent solution for high quality communication due to its system's increased sensitivity and high transmission power, providing four (4) telephone lines and an asynchronous data channel.
