Responsible for the design of high frequency analog design for wireless access products that comprise transmitters, receivers, power amplifiers, frequency sources etc.
Candidate Profile
Required Competencies:
Diploma or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering or equivalent certificate
Knowledge/Skills:
Personal characteristics:
1 - 3 years hardware design engineering experience, one-year experience working directly with RF H/W design.
Fluent use of English language.
Ability to understand datasheets and apply properly components or subsystems such us IF & analog circuits, Synthesizers, VCO's, RF filters, Amplifiers, Mixers.
Ability to create IF, RF analog HW schematics.
Ability to simulate and optimized linear and nonlinear circuits in deterministic and statistical performance using ADS S/W package.
Guide CAD engineers to build high performance PCB's.
Familiarity with prototype H/W construction.
Confident use of Spectrum Analyzers, Function Generators, Oscilloscopes, Network analyzer.
Familiarity with RF IC - chipset transceiver design is a plus.
Ability to work in team environment as well as an individual contributor.
PCB design through CAD S/W (Protel) experience is a plus.
Ability to work in well justified but details critical environment.
Ability to select methods and techniques, obtaining specification compliant results.
Ability to work independently and effectively, while remaining self-motivated
