Mr. S. Kokkalis, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Kokkalis, Founder, Chairman, and majority shareholder of the INTRACOM Group of Companies, was born in Athens and holds a degree in Physics and Electronics. An active sponsor of leading educational, cultural, athletic and business events in Southeast Europe, Mr. Kokkalis became a John Harvard Fellow in 1997 after establishing the Kokkalis Program at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. In 1998 Mr. Kokkalis founded the Kokkalis Foundation, a non-profit organization with a focus on educational and regional development issues. A fluent speaker of English, German and Russian, Mr. Kokkalis also speaks Romanian, Italian, Bulgarian and conversational Serbian and French. Mr. Kokkalis is the majority shareholder of "Olympiacos", the most famous and popular Greek soccer team and sports club.

Mr. C. Dimitriadis, Vice Chairman, Deputy CEO, Executive Member

Mr. Constantinos Dimitriadis was born in Patras, Greece, and holds an M.Eng. degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is co-founder and second major shareholder of the INTRACOM Group. From 1977 to 2003 he served as Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of numerous companies of the Group. Mr. Dimitriadis is currently Vice-Chairman of the Boards of Directors of INTRACOM HOLDINGS and INTRACOM IT SERVICES, Chairman of hellas online, Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of INTRACOM IT SERVICES, and an executive member on the Board of Directors of various companies of the Group. He is also co-founder and second major shareholder of INTRALOT S.A. Mr. Dimitriadis is the founder of the "Science Education Centre", a non profit-making, public welfare institution, established in 1999, with an aim to promote innovative methods in the teaching of Mathematics and Physical Sciences. Mr. Dimitriadis is also a major sponsor of numerous cultural and educational institutions, including the Athens Concert Hall and the "Athens Filekpedeftiki Eteria - Arsakeia Tositseia Schools". Mr. Dimitriadis is fluent in German and English.

Mr. G. Anninos, Executive Director, Executive Member

Mr. Anninos holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering and attended post-graduate studies in Germany in the field of Telecommunications. His previous working experience includes managerial positions in large telecom organizations in Greece and Germany. Mr. Anninos joined INTRACOM in 1989 as a Telecom Projects Manager. Since 1994 Mr. Anninos has served as General Manager of the Chairman's Office. Mr. Anninos has been a member of INTRACOM's Board of Directors since 2000 and consequently he was elected member of the Board of Directors  of INTRACOM HOLDINGS in February 2006, as well as Executive Director of INTRACOM HOLDINGS Board of Directors Office in November 2006. Mr. Anninos is also participating in the Board of Directors of several companies of the INTRACOM Group.

Dr. D. Klonis, Executive Director, Executive Member

Mr. Klonis holds a Ph.D. degree in Economics from the University of London and has received a number of education awards and scholarships from the Greek government, the Bank of Greece, and the "Alexander S. Onassis" Foundation. Mr. Klonis served as a Senior Economist in the Research Department of the Bank of Greece until March 1994, an Assistant Professor at Deree College from 1987 to 1997, and a Member of the Council of Economic Advisors to the Mayor of Athens from 1990 to 1992. Mr. Klonis joined INTRACOM in April 1994 as Deputy General Manager of Corporate Finance and Administration and has been the INTRACOM Group's Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Board of Directors since October 1995. Mr. Klonis was elected member of the Boards of Directors of INTRACOM HOLDINGS in February 2006 and INTRACOM TELECOM in July 2006, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of INTRACOM DEFENSE ELECTRONICS in February 2006. Mr. Klonis had held also the position of Vice Chairman of the INTRACOM Group from March 2004 to February 2006. Mr. Klonis is also Chairman of the Boards of Directors of the companies UNIBRAIN S.A. and KEKROPS S.A., both of which are listed on the Athens Stock Exchange, and a Member of the Board of Directors of INTRACOM's subsidiaries, as well as INTRALOT and OMEGA BANK S.A.

Dr. Nikolaos-Socrates Labroukos, Executive Director, Executive Member

Mr. Labroukos holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. He also holds an MBA degree from Manchester Business School and a PhD from London Business School. He has been Research Fellow at London Business School and Visiting Assistant Professor at the Athens University of Economics and Business. He has series of publications in refereed management journals. He is the Chairman and Managing Director of the consulting firm BPM SA. He specialises in project management, strategic and business planning, internal systems and processes design, organisational restructuring and redesign, human resources management and investment appraisal. Mr. Labroukos is a member of the Boards of Directors of INTRAKAT since 2001, of INTRACOM HOLDINGS since February 2006, of INTRACOM IT SERVICES since May 2006, and of INTRACOM TELECOM since July 2006. In July 2006 he was also appointed Deputy CEO of INTRACOM IT SERVICES.

Mr. C. Antonopoulos, Non-Executive Member

Mr. Antonopoulos is a founding member, shareholder, CEO and Vice-Chairman of the BOD of INTRALOT. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and a M.Sc. degree in Systems Reliability from the University of Manchester (UK). He launched his career in the Hellenic and Elefsis Shipyards. He held a succession of expert positions at the Hellenic ministries of National Economy and Industry. From 1989 until 1992, year of INTRALOT's establishment, he was the Head of INTRACOM's Development Programs Department. He is President of the Greek - Latin American Business Council and the Hellenic-Chilean Chamber of Commerce and Culture. He has been elected Vice-President of the Hellenic-Serbian Business Council and he is a member of the BoD's of the Hellenic-Turkish Chamber and the Hellenic-Romanian Business Council. He also participates in the Hellenic-German and the Hellenic-American Chambers of Commerce. In February 2006 Mr. Antonopoulos was elected member of the Board of Directors of INTRACOM HOLDINGS.

Mr. St. Zervopoulos, Non-Executive Member

Mr. Zervopoulos, Director of the INTRACOM Group, holds a law degree from the University of Athens is specialised in issues of Civil and Commercial law. Mr. Zervopoulos has been collaborating with INTRACOM since 1978. Mr. Zervopoulos has been a member of INTRACOM's Board of Directors since March 5, 2004. In February 2006 Mr. Zervopoulos was elected member of the Board of Directors of INTRACOM HOLDINGS.

Mrs. A. Pouskouri-Reiche, Independent Non-Executive Member

Mrs. Pouskouri-Reiche studied Economics at the University of Munich and Urban and Regional Planning at the Munich Polytechnic. Mrs. Pouskouri-Reiche served as Head of the HypoVereinsbank Representation Office in Greece from 1979 to 1989, when she became General Manager of the Greek branch. In 1994 Mrs. Pouskouri-Reiche was appointed Manager of Funding of Large European Enterprises at HypoVereinsbank's head offices in Munich. From 1996 until 2002, Mrs. Pouskouri-Reiche served as General and Country Manager of HypoVereinsbank in Greece and in 2003 was appointed Managing Director and Country Manager. Mrs. Pouskouri-Reiche was elected as a member of INTRACOM's Board of Directors in 2004. In February 2006 Mrs. A. Pouskouri-Reiche was elected member of the Board of Directors of INTRACOM HOLDINGS.

Mr. D. Ηatzigrigoriadis, Independent Non-Executive Member

Mr. Ηatzigrigoriadis studied law at the Athens University and in London. From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Ηatzigrigoriadis served as member of the Stock Market Committee and has been a consultant of the Athens Megaro Mousikis Organization since 1988. Mr. Ηatzigrigoriadis has been a member of INTRACOM's Board of Directors since 2003. In February 2006 Mr. Ηatzigrigoriadis was elected member of the Board of Directors of INTRACOM HOLDINGS.
