Management

In December 2005 INTRACOM was transformed to a holding company and three new subsidiaries were established: INTRACOM TELECOM, INTRACOM DEFENSE ELECTRONICS and INTRACOM IT SERVICES. As from Monday 23rd of January 2006, the Company name at the Athens Exchange changed to "INTRACOM HOLDINGS S.A." with the distinctive title "INTRACOM HOLDINGS".

Mr. S. Kokkalis, Chairman

Mr. Kokkalis, Founder, Chairman, and majority shareholder of the INTRACOM Group of Companies, was born in Athens and holds a degree in Physics and Electronics. An active sponsor of leading educational, cultural, athletic and business events in Southeast Europe, Mr. Kokkalis became a John Harvard Fellow in 1997 after establishing the Kokkalis Program at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. In 1998 Mr. Kokkalis founded the Kokkalis Foundation, a non-profit organization with a focus on educational and regional development issues. A fluent speaker of English, German and Russian, Mr. Kokkalis also speaks Romanian, Italian, Bulgarian and conversational Serbian and French. Mr. Kokkalis is the majority shareholder of "Olympiacos", the most famous and popular Greek soccer team and sports club.


Mr. D. Klonis, Vice Chairman

Mr. Klonis holds a Ph.D. degree in Economics from the University of London and has received a number of education awards and scholarships from the Greek government, the Bank of Greece, and the "Alexander S. Onassis" Foundation. Mr. Klonis served as a Senior Economist in the Research Department of the Bank of Greece until March 1994, an Assistant Professor at Deree College from 1987 to 1997, and a Member of the Council of Economic Advisors to the Mayor of Athens from 1990 to 1992. Mr. Klonis joined INTRACOM in April 1994 as Deputy General Manager of Corporate Finance and Administration and has been the INTRACOM Group's Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Board of Directors since October 1995. Mr. Klonis was elected member of the Boards of Directors of INTRACOM HOLDINGS in February 2006 and INTRACOM TELECOM in July 2006, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of INTRACOM DEFENSE ELECTRONICS in February 2006. Mr. Klonis had held also the position of Vice Chairman of the INTRACOM Group from March 2004 to February 2006. Mr. Klonis is also Chairman of the Boards of Directors of the companies UNIBRAIN S.A. and KEKROPS S.A., both of which are listed on the Athens Stock Exchange, and a Member of the Board of Directors of INTRACOM's subsidiaries, as well as INTRALOT and OMEGA BANK S.A.


Mr. G. Troullinos, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Troullinos holds a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology (USA) and studied Business Administration at Rice University (USA). Mr. Troullinos has received the Georgia Tech "President's Fellowship" and "Sigma Xi" Awards for Outstanding Research, and has a number of publications in the IEEE Transactions and International Conferences. His previous work experience includes a position as Member of Scientific Staff at Texas Instruments Inc., Houston, from 1985 to 1989, and a position as Principal Engineer at Digital Signals, Inc., Houston, from 1989 to 1991. In 1992 Mr. Troullinos joined INTRACOM as Defense Department Manager. In 1999 he was appointed General Manager of the Defense Systems Business Unit, and in January 2005 Executive Director of the Defense Electronics Sector. In January 2006 he was appointed CEO of INTRACOM DEFENSE ELECTRONICS. Mr. Troullinos is also the General Secretary of the European Association of Aerospace Industries (EAAI), a position that he holds since EAAI's foundation in July 2000.
