| In December 2005 INTRACOM was transformed to a holding company and three new subsidiaries were established: INTRACOM TELECOM, INTRACOM DEFENSE ELECTRONICS and INTRACOM IT SERVICES. As from Monday 23rd of January 2006, the Company name at the Athens Exchange changed to "INTRACOM HOLDINGS S.A." with the distinctive title "INTRACOM HOLDINGS".

Mr. S. Kokkalis, Chairman
Mr. Kokkalis, Founder, Chairman, and majority shareholder of the INTRACOM Group of Companies, was born in Athens and holds a degree in Physics and Electronics. An active sponsor of leading educational, cultural, athletic and business events in Southeast Europe, Mr. Kokkalis became a John Harvard Fellow in 1997 after establishing the Kokkalis Program at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. In 1998 Mr. Kokkalis founded the Kokkalis Foundation, a non-profit organization with a focus on educational and regional development issues. A fluent speaker of English, German and Russian, Mr. Kokkalis also speaks Romanian, Italian, Bulgarian and conversational Serbian and French. Mr. Kokkalis is the majority shareholder of "Olympiacos", the most famous and popular Greek soccer team and sports club.
Mr. C. Dimitriadis, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Constantinos Dimitriadis was born in Patras, Greece, and holds an M.Eng. degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is co-founder and second major shareholder of the INTRACOM Group. From 1977 to 2003 he served as Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of numerous companies of the Group. Mr. Dimitriadis is currently Vice-Chairman of the Boards of Directors of INTRACOM HOLDINGS and INTRACOM IT SERVICES, Chairman of hellas online, Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of INTRACOM IT SERVICES, and an executive member on the Board of Directors of various companies of the Group. He is also co-founder and second major shareholder of INTRALOT S.A. Mr. Dimitriadis is the founder of the "Science Education Centre", a non profit-making, public welfare institution, established in 1999, with an aim to promote innovative methods in the teaching of Mathematics and Physical Sciences. Mr. Dimitriadis is also a major sponsor of numerous cultural and educational institutions, including the Athens Concert Hall and the "Athens Filekpedeftiki Eteria - Arsakeia Tositseia Schools". Mr. Dimitriadis is fluent in German and English.
Dr. Nikolaos-Socrates Labroukos, Deputy CEO
Mr. Labroukos holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. He also holds an MBA degree from Manchester Business School and a PhD from London Business School. He has been Research Fellow at London Business School and Visiting Assistant Professor at the Athens University of Economics and Business. He has series of publications in refereed management journals. He is the Chairman and Managing Director of the consulting firm BPM SA. He specialises in project management, strategic and business planning, internal systems and processes design, organisational restructuring and redesign, human resources management and investment appraisal. Mr. Labroukos is a member of the Boards of Directors of INTRAKAT since 2001, of INTRACOM HOLDINGS since February 2006, of INTRACOM IT SERVICES since May 2006, and of INTRACOM TELECOM since July 2006. In July 2006 he was also appointed Deputy CEO of INTRACOM IT SERVICES.
Mr. A. Anninos, Director
Mr. Anninos holds degrees in Civil Engineering and in Electronics. Mr. Anninos joined the INTRACOM Group of Companies in 1990. In 1992 Mr. Anninos joined INTRASOFT where he assumed the positions of Deputy General Manager Marketing for Greece and Eastern Europe (1996-1998) and General Manager Marketing (1998-2002). In January 2002 Mr. Anninos was appointed General Manager of the IT Business Development Division of INTRACOM. In March 2004 he was appointed General Manager of the Corporate Strategy and Strategic Accounts Committees, and in January 2005 he was appointed Management Advisor. In January 2006 Mr. Anninos was elected member of the Board of Directors of INTRACOM IT SERVICES, and since July 2006 he serves also as Advisor to the CEO.
Mr. G. Zachopoulos, Director
Mr. G. Zachopoulos is co-founder, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Unibrain S.A., as well as an executive member of the Board of Directors of the U.S.A. subsidiary, Unibrain Inc. Born in Athens, Mr. Zachopoulos holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and an MSc in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo in U.S.A. On April 2001, Unibrain was the first company of innovative activity to be listed in the New Market (NEXA) of the Athens Stock Exchange, while at the same year Mr. Zachopoulos was awarded with the Development and Innovation award of the Hellenic Entrepreneurship Club. Since 1995, Mr. Zachopoulos manages the R&D and Sales departments of Unibrain.
Mr. C. Hatoupis, Director
Mr. C. Hatoupis graduated from the University of Economics in Athens in 1973. He joined INTRACOM in August 1976 and served as Accounting Manager from 1986 until 1999. He was then appointed as a Deputy General Manager for the Finance and Administration Division. He was a Member of the Board of Directors of INTRACOM from 1988 until 2003. In December 2003 he was re-elected as a Member of the Board of Directors of INTRACOM, a position he held till February 2006. In 2005 he was a Member of the Board of Directors of DATABANK S.A. In January 2006 he was elected member of the Board of Directors of INTRACOM IT SERVICES.

Mr. S. Pomonis, General Manager
Mr. Pomonis holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Piraeus, Greece and has completed graduate studies in systems analysis. Mr. Pomonis served as General Manager and Marketing Manager of BULL S.A. until the end of 2002. Mr. Pomonis joined INTRACOM in 2003 as General Manager of the Government Strategic Business Unit. In January 2005 he was appointed General Manager of the Government IT Solutions Division at the Services & Operations Sector. In January 2006 he was appointed General Manager of the Government IT Solutions Division of INTRACOM IT SERVICES.
