In December 2005 INTRACOM was transformed to a holding company and three new subsidiaries were established: INTRACOM TELECOM, INTRACOM DEFENSE ELECTRONICS and INTRACOM IT SERVICES. As from Monday 23rd of January 2006, the Company name at the Athens Exchange changed to "INTRACOM HOLDINGS S.A." with the distinctive title "INTRACOM HOLDINGS".

Mr. Evgeni Utkin, Chairman
Mr. Evgeni Utkin was born 1958 in Donetsk (Rostov region). A graduate of Moscow Institute of the Electronics and the INSEAD business-school, he worked as an engineer in the Scientific and Research Institute of Exact Technology (Zelenograd, Moscow region). In 1982 Mr. Evgeni Utkin headed a laboratory in the Scientific and Research Institute of Micro-gears (Kiev, Ukraine). Later he became the Design Manager of the Institute for microchip research. In 1990 Mr. Evgeni Utkin founded and headed Kvazar-Micro. Until 25 th February 2006 he was President and Chairman of Board of Directors of Kvazar-Micro. On 26 th February 2006 Mr. Evgeni Utkin was appointed CEO of SITRONICS, JSC . In July 2006 Mr. Utkin was appointed Chairman of INTRACOM TELECOM's Board of Directors.
Mr. Constantinos Dimitriadis, Vice Chairman
Mr. Constantinos Dimitriadis was born in Patras, Greece, and holds an M.Eng. degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is co-founder and second major shareholder of the INTRACOM Group. From 1977 to 2003 he served as Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of numerous companies of the Group. Mr. Dimitriadis is currently Vice-Chairman of the Boards of Directors of INTRACOM HOLDINGS and INTRACOM IT SERVICES, Chairman of hellas online, Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of INTRACOM IT SERVICES, and an executive member on the Board of Directors of various companies of the Group. He is also co-founder and second major shareholder of INTRALOT S.A. Mr. Dimitriadis is the founder of the "Science Education Centre", a non profit-making, public welfare institution, established in 1999, with an aim to promote innovative methods in the teaching of Mathematics and Physical Sciences. Mr. Dimitriadis is also a major sponsor of numerous cultural and educational institutions, including the Athens Concert Hall and the "Athens Filekpedeftiki Eteria - Arsakeia Tositseia Schools". Mr. Dimitriadis is fluent in German and English.
Mr. Alexandros - Stergios Manos, CEO
Mr. Manos holds a Sc.B. in Electrical Engineering and a BA in Business Economics from Brown University and a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT. Mr. Manos joined INTRACOM in 1998. In January 2002, Mr. Manos joined CONKLIN CORPORATION, an INTRACOM subsidiary in Atlanta, GA, U.S., and was appointed CEO in December 2002. In March 2004 Mr. Manos was appointed General Manager of the Corporate Marketing and International Operations Service Unit, and in January 2005 Executive Director of the Telecommunications Systems Sector. In January 2006 Mr. Manos was appointed CEO of INTRACOM TELECOM.
Mr. Igor Hulak, Deputy Managing Director & CFO of INTRACOM TELECOM S.A.

Mr. Hulak holds a Master degree in Economics from the Department of International Relations of the Economic University in Prague, Czech Republic and also a MBA from Sheffield Hallam University, UK. He has also completed an Executive Studying Program in Corporate Finance at London Business School. He has an Extensive International Senior Management and Leadership experience in Finance, Administration, Business Control, and Strategic Planning. Previously he held a position of Deputy CEO and Executive Director - Corporate Services of STROM Telecom, a.s., a Czech based company belonging to the Telecommunication Solutions division of JSC SITRONICS. Before joining SITRONICS Group in 2005, he worked 11 years for Anglo-Scandinavian Metal and Technology Group Outokumpu, firstly developing the company business in the region of Central & Eastern Europe and later occupying the position of Vice President Finance & Strategy of the Group Eur1bn business in the UK. In August 2006, Mr. Hulak was appointed Deputy Managing Director & CFO of INTRACOM TELECOM.
Mr. Alexander Lutsenko, Executive Member
Alexander Lutsenko was born on August 12, 1971. He graduated from both the Moscow State University for International Relations and the Institute of Business Administration in Ex-Provence (France) MBA program. From 1993 to 1994 he was the development manager of Russia and the CIS Business in France at «Pinault Printemps REDOUTE Group» . From 1994 to 1995 Mr . Lutsenko worked at the «SOCIETE GENERALE Vostok bank» in Moscow . From 1995 to 1997 he was the project manager in at the Moscow division of «KPMG» - «BARENTS Group-KPMG Russia LLC». From 1997 to 2001 he was Head of Corporate Financing direction at «RMG securities» investment company. From 2001 to 2004, he served as Executive director at the Department of Corporate Development at the "Sistema" company. Since 2004 Mr. Lutsenko has been Deputy CEO at «SITRONICS», Strategy and Development . In July 2006 he was elected a member of INTRACOM TELECOM's Board of Directors.
Mr. Nihad Hurem, Executive Member
Mr. Hurem graduated from the Electrical Engineering department of Belgrade University. In 1980's he worked in research divisions of Yugoslavian TV and UNIS. From 1989 to 1992 he was a co-owner and the Head of the private company GRAD in Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina). GRAD was active in the field of development and manufacture of data collection systems from telecommunications equipment. However, the company later on shut down its operations because of the civil war in former Yugoslavian countries. In 1993 Mr. Hurem, in cooperation with his partners, founded the company STROM Telecom in Czech Republic. Since 1993 he serves as General Director of STROM Telecom, s.r.o.. In July 2006 he was elected a member of INTRACOM TELECOM's Board of Directors.
Mr. Vladimir Yasynsky, Executive Member
Vladimir Yasinsky was born in Kiev in 1972. He graduated from Moscow Physics-Technical Institute in 1995; business-school of Amsterdam Institute of Finance in 2003 - both with a first-class honors degree. From 1994 until 2006 he held various positions in Kvazar Micro, including Intel Production Manager, Business Development Director, Distribution Director, Finance Vice-President. From 2004 Mr. Yasinsky serves as a board member of Kvazar Micro. In April 2006 he was appointed First Vice-President of SITRONICS. In July 2006 he was elected a member of INTRACOM TELECOM's Board of Directors.
Mr. Vasily Dragalov, Executive Member
Mr. Vasily Dragalov was born in Moscow in 1950. He graduated from D. Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia in Moscow. In 1979 he got his first PhD degree and in 1991 he acquired his second doctorate thesis. In 1982 he became Assistant Professor and in 1991 Professor. He has more than one hundred scientific publications and patents. In 1988 he was awarded the Prize of K. Korber "For Development of European Science". In 1994 he joined JSFC SISTEMA, initially as Head of a consulting company for innovative projects. In 1995 he was appointed Vice-President of the Concern "Scientific Center" specializing in microelectronics. From June 1997 to December 2001, he held a position as SISTEMA's Vice-President for Investments & Development. Since 1999 he is coordinator for SISTEMA - SIEMENS joint projects. In 2002 he was relocated to Berlin as SISTEMA'S representative in Germany and General Director of Zeta GmbH. Since 2005 he is coordinator of SISTEMA -INTRACOM projects.
Dr. Nikolaos-Socrates Labroukos, Executive Member
Mr. Labroukos holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. He also holds an MBA degree from Manchester Business School and a Ph.D. from London Business School. He has been Research Fellow at London Business School and Visiting Assistant Professor at Athens University of Economics and Business. He has authored a series of articles in refereed management journals. Mr. Labroukos is the Chairman and Managing Director of the consulting firm BPM SA and specialises in project management, strategic and business planning, internal systems and processes design, organisational restructuring and redesign, human resources management and investment appraisal. Mr. Labroukos has been a member of the Boards of Directors of INTRAKAT since 2001, of INTRACOM HOLDINGS since February 2006, of INTRACOM IT SERVICES since May 2006, and of INTRACOM TELECOM since July 2006. In July 2006 he was also appointed Deputy CEO of INTRACOM IT SERVICES.
Dr. Dimitrios Klonis, Executive Member
Mr. Klonis holds a Ph. D. degree in Economics from the University of London and has received a number of education awards and scholarships from the Greek government, the Bank of Greece, and the "Alexander S. Onassis" Foundation. Mr. Klonis served as a Senior Economist at the Research Department of the Bank of Greece until March 1994, an Assistant Professor at Deree College from 1987 to 1997, and a Member of the Council of Economic Advisors to the Mayor of Athens from 1990 to 1992. Mr. Klonis joined INTRACOM in April 1994 as Deputy General Manager of Corporate Finance and Administration and has been the INTRACOM Group's Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Board of Directors since October 1995. Mr. Klonis was elected a member of the Boards of Directors of INTRACOM HOLDINGS in February 2006 and INTRACOM TELECOM in July 2006, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of INTRACOM DEFENSE ELECTRONICS in February 2006. Mr. Klonis also held the position of Vice Chairman of the INTRACOM Group from March 2004 to February 2006. Mr. Klonis is Chairman of the Boards of Directors of the companies UNIBRAIN S.A. and KEKROPS S.A., both of which are listed on the Athens Stock Exchange, and a Member of the Board of Directors of INTRACOM's subsidiaries, as well as of INTRALOT and OMEGA BANK S.A.
Mr. Ioannis Zafiratos, Executive Member
Mr. Zafiratos was born on December 24, 1964 in Athens. He holds a B.Sc. and a M.Sc. in Economics from the Department of International Economic Relations of the Saint Petersburg State University, Russia. He joined INTRACOM Group in 1992 and he was soon after relocated to Moscow where he worked as a Project Manager in the International Operations Department of INTRACOM S.A. Since 1993 he has held senior positions, including Financial Director, COO, and Board Member, in subsidiary start-ups of INTRALOT S.A. in Russia and Poland. Since 2004 he serves as Director of INTRALOT S.A. for the Russian Federation and CIS countries. In July 2006 he was elected a member of INTRACOM TELECOM's Board of Directors, and in August 2006 he was appointed Representative of INTRACOM HOLDINGS S.A. in the Russian Federation.
Mr. A. Dimopoulos, General Manager
Mr. Dimopoulos holds a B. Eng. in Electrical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and a M.Sc. Degree in Telematics from the University of Essex, England. Mr. Dimopoulos joined INTRACOM in 1987 as an Engineer in Research & Development. He has served as a Project Manager in a number of R&D projects, as Telecommunications Strategy Manager since 1992, and as Deputy General Manager of the Commercial Division since 1999. Mr. Dimopoulos was appointed General Manager of the Telecommunication Products & Networks Division in January 2002 and General Manager of the Access, Transmission, and Terminals Business Unit in March 2004. Mr. Dimopoulos served as Advisor to the CEO from January 2005 to December 2005. In January 2006 he was appointed General Manager, Network Integration & Professional Services, INTRACOM TELECOM.
Mr. S. Hadjiagapis, General Manager
Mr. Hadjiagapis holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering. In 1988 Mr. Hadjiagapis joined INTRACOM's Research and Development Unit. He served as Manager of the Access Network and Radio Systems Department from 1993 to 1999 and Deputy General Manager of the R&D Division from 1999 to 2001, when he was appointed General Manager of the Technical Division. In 2004 Mr. Hadjiagapis served as General Manager of the Technical Operations and Customer Support Service Unit. In January 2005 he was appointed General Manager of the R&D Division. In January 2006 he was appointed General Manager, R&D Division, INTRACOM TELECOM.
