Significant achievements were accomplished with respect to new agreements, the Group's expansion and the continuation of its successful activities. Some of these are:

• The newly-formed companies of INTRACOM Holdings
  Group—INTRACOM IT Services, INTRACOM Defense Electronics and INTRACOM Telecom—operated autonomously

• JSC Sitronics, the technology subsidiary of JSFC Sistema, acquires a 51% stake in INTRACOM Telecom

• INTRACOM Holdings acquires a 100% stake in hellas online, one of the largest telecommunications service providers in Greece

• hellas online fully acquires 'Attica Telecommunications', a company operating one of the largest fiber optic networks in Attica region

• Establishment of the fully owned subsidiary INTRACOM Holdings International in Cyprus

• INTRACOM Holdings receives the '2006 Research and Technological Development Award' from the Athens Chamber of Commerce & Industry

• INTRACOM is recognized as the most innovative company in Greece by the Institute of Communication

• 172 students from 13 countries study at Athens Information Technology (AIT) graduate programs (2006-2007 academic year)
