+++ Notification of important changes in voting rights, as per Law 3556/2007 +++

INTRACOM HOLDINGS, based on Law 3556/2007 (articles 9, 14 and 21) and decision number 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors and following the 12/03/2008 relevant notification made to the Company, announces that the voting rights percentage that Mr. Socrates P. Kokkalis, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of INTRACOM HOLDINGS holds, following the 11/03/2008 transaction, now amounts to 24,173% of the total Company shares' voting rights (that is, 32.156.866 voting rights), as opposed to 24,324% (that is, 32.356.866 voting rights), he held before the aforementioned transaction and 27,260% (that is, 34.119.581 voting rights) he held according to the last notification made to the investing public, on 07/01/2002.
