INTRACOM HOLDINGS announces, pursuant to articles 3 & 21 of Law 3556/2007 and in conjunction with Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 (article 11) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors, that Mr. George I. Troullinos, Chief Executive Officer in an Affiliated Company (as person obliged to disclose such information based on article 13 of Law 3340/2005), proceeded with the purchase of 50.000 INTRACOM HOLDINGS Common Registered shares, with voting rights, of total value €112.710,00 on 23/04/2008.
