INTRACOM HOLDINGS, in accordance with Law 3556/2007 and in order to aid the investing public in the estimation and determination of the limits of significant acquisition or disposal of participation by shareholders, or owners of voting rights, notifies that the Company's share capital amounts to €187.441.784,76, divided in 132.937.436 Common Registered shares with voting rights, of nominal value €1,41 each.
