+++ INTRACOM: New Board of Directors +++

The Extraordinary General Assembly of Shareholders of INTRACOM, held today, December 8th, 2003, at the company's premises in Peania, approved the appointment of the following two additional members to the new eleven-member Board of Directors of the company:

• Dr. Volker Jung, as a non-session member: Dr Jung was a member of the Board of Directors of
  SIEMENS A.G., from 1992 until August 30, 2003, while, from 1998, he had the responsibility of
  the company's telecommunication and IT sectors.
• Mr. Christos Chatoupis, as a session member: Mr. Chatoupis is Deputy General Financial and
  Administrative Manager of INTRACOM and has served as member of INTRACOM's Board of
  Directors.

Within the framework of the Extraordinary General Assembly, the Chairman of INTRACOM, Mr. S. Kokkalis, informed the shareholders that on Friday December 5, the company's Board of Directors had held a session. Following the Chairman's proposal, Mr. G. Deligiannis was unanimously elected for the position of Managing Director of the company. Mr. Deligiannis has been a member of the company's B.o.D. and, until today, Head of its IT Division. In accordance, the new Board of Directors of INTRACOM is composed as follows:

The purpose behind the changes in the new Board of Directors and in the administration scheme of INTRACOM centers on the decision to promote new, competent and creative managers, who will contribute to the company's growth and development not only in Greece but in the international markets as well.
