+++ Own shares purchasing Report, according
to the Shareholders' Special General Assembly resolution
of March 19th 2002 +++
According to article 16 paragraph
10 of the Regulation Ê.Í. 2190/20, the company announces
that until March 19th, 2003 - expiration
date of the time period for purchasing own shares, according
to the sharesholders' Special General Assembly- it proceeded
with the purchasing of 2,329,380 own shares, at an average
aquiring price of 4.0681 euro. The total of own shares
which the company holds today represents the 1.80% of
its total shares.
