+++ Mr. George Deligiannis appointed INTRACOM's new 4th Vice-President +++

Mr. Karolos Gikas, who until now held the position of INTRACOM's 4th Vice-president and was the Head of the company's IT Division, resigned on 30/5/2003 for personal reasons.

INTRACOM's Board of Directors elected Mr. George Deligiannis to replace Mr. Karolos Gikas. Mr. Deligiannis will also maintain the position of INTRASOFT International's CEO.
