+++ Composition Body of INTRACOM's Board of Directors +++

The Company "INTRACOM S.A.-HELLENIC TELECOMMUNICATION AND ELECTRONICS INDUSTRY" notifies that according to the standing regulations (resolution of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Committee, article 4 paragraph 1, point e of 5/204/14.11.2002), the new 10-member Board of Directors, as this was defined by the Shareholder's Special General Assembly of 05/04/2004, was composed as a body by resolution of the Board of Directors on 05/04/2004, and is as follows:
