+++ Review of the Purchase of own shares based on the resolution of the shareholders' extraordinary general meeting of April 5th, 2004 +++

INTRACOM, according to article 16, paragraph 10, of Law 2190/20 declares that from April 19th, 2004 until April 5th, 2005 - expiration date of the own shares Buy Back period - and according to the April 5th, 2004 Shareholders' Extraordinary General Meeting resolution, purchased 406.000 own shares at an average acquisition price of €3,494. The shares acquired, represent 0,309% of the Company's total number of shares (131.258.772).

It is clarified that the aforementioned 406.000 own shares were included in the 3.030.430 own shares, which the Company sold on February 17th, 2005 as previously announced.
