EFG Eurobank Bank and INTRACOM
S.A announced that today (Friday, August
5, 2005) a pre-agreement was signed, for the share transfer of 100% of the share
capital of Eurobank's subsidiary "hellas online" to INTRACOM.
Signing of final agreement and finalization of share transfer, are subject
to regulatory approvals and to completion of legal and financial due diligence
processes.
