The Societe Anonyme with the corporate name "INTRACOM
S.A. HELLENIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND ELECTRONICS INDUSTRY" with a
letter to the Athens Exchange notifies the following: "By application
of article 4 of the Capital Market Commission Board of Directors' decision
5/204/14.11.2000 and with reference to the voluntary public offer that
"INTRACOM S.A. HELLENIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND ELECTRONICS INDUSTRY"
directed to the shareholders of the company with the corporate name "HELLENIC
TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND TELEMATIC APPLICATIONS COMPANY - S.A." and
distinctive title "FORTHnet S.A.", for the purchase of 4.565.740
Common Registered shares with voting rights, corresponding to 27,09% of
the company's total number of Common shares with voting rights, we inform
you that during the Public Offer acceptance period, which started on the
20th of October 2005 and ended on the 18th of November 2005, the number
of offered shares for which acceptance statements were submitted by FORTHnet
S.A. shareholders, does not fulfil the condition set on paragraph 2.11
of the Information Circular and consequently the Public Offer ceases to
apply".
