+++ Approval of the TELECOM SOLUTIONS, DEFENSE ELECTRONIC
SYSTEMS and ÉÔ SERVICES INTRACOM sectors
spin-off. +++
INTRACOM announces that with the Prefecture of East
Attiki decisions protocol numbers 10512 and 10215, issued on December
29, 2005, the spin-off of the Ôelecom Solutions and Defense Electronic
Systems sectors respectively and their transfer to the subsidiary companies
of INTRACOM (by 100%), "ÉÍÔRÁCÏÌ TELECOM" and "INTRACOM
DEFENSE", according to the stipulations of C. L. 2190/20 and Law
2166/1993 (articles 1-5) and based on the sectors' assets as presented
in the September 30, 2005 Accounting Reports was approved.
Furthermore, with the Athens Prefect decision protocol
number 40759, issued on December 30 2005, the ÉÔ Services sector spin-off
was approved and its transfer to the INTRACOM subsidiary "INTRACOM
ÉÔ SERVICES" (previously known as DATABANK), according to the stipulations
of C.L. 2190/20 and Law 2166/1993 (articles 1-5) and based on the sector's
assets, as presented in the October 31, 2005 Accounting Report.
