+++ Purchase of FORTHnet S.A. shares +++
INTRACOM announces that within the framework of the
INTRACOM Group of Companies strategy, its subsidiary DATABANK acquired
today 420.000 Common Registered shares with voting rights of the company
"FORTHnet S.A.", which represent 2,492% of the total share capital
and voting rights of "FORTHnet S.A".
