+++ Purchase of FORTHnet S.A. shares +++
INTRACOM announces that the purchase of three million
thirty nine thousand six hundred and sixty three (3.039.663) Common Registered
shares with voting rights of the company "FORTHnet S.A." from
the company "Minoan Lines S.A.", an amount representing 18,038%
of the share capital and voting rights of FORTHnet S.A. has today been
completed, as previously announced (July 27, 2005).
INTRACOM also acquired from its subsidiary company DATABANK,
three hundred and forty thousand (340.000) Common Registered shares with
voting rights of the company "FORTHnet S.A.", an amount representing
2,017% of its share capital.
The total participation of the INTRACOM Group of Companies
in "FORTHnet S.A." now amounts to 20,530% of its share capital.
