In response to the Capital Market Commission letter
of August 4th, 2005 regarding the accuracy of certain publications in
the Press on August 4, 2005, about an impending increase of the percentage
of INTRACOM participation in the share capital of FORTHNET S.A., the Company
announces the following:
INTRACOM confirms that the possibility of an increase in its participation
in FORTHNET S.A. share capital is under investigation. The Company is
considering all relevant contingencies and will make public on time, according
to the law, as well as its standing policy on informing its shareholders
and the investing public fully and accurately, any new significant change
or development regarding this issue.
