+++ Sector spin-off +++
INTRACOM announces that its Board of Directors has decided
the spin-off of the Telecom Solutions and Defense Electronic Systems sectors
and their transfer to two other Group companies. The transfer will be
completed according to articles 1-5 of Law 2166/1993, with September 30th,
2005 as Balance Sheet restructure date.
