+++ Sale of FORTHnet S.A. shares +++
INTRACOM HOLDINGS announces that during today's Athens
Exchange session it proceeded with the sale of 4.181.733 "FORTHnet
S.A." Common Registered shares with voting rights, which represent
24,814% of the share capital and voting rights of "FORTHnet S.A.".
Furthermore, during the same session, INTRACOM HOLDINGS
subsidiary company, INTRACOM IT SERVICES (previously known as DATABANK)
proceeded with the sale of 80.000 "FORTHnet S.A." Common Registered
shares with voting rights, which represent 0,475% of the share capital
and voting rights of "FORTHnet S.A.".
Consequently, the INTRACOM HOLDINGS Group is no longer
participating in "FORTHnet S.A.".
