+++ Announcement on the purchase of own shares +++
INTRACOM HOLDINGS announces that the General Meeting
of shareholders on 30/06/2005 approved anew the purchase of own shares,
via the Athens Exchange, as follows:
The maximum number of shares that may be purchased is
10% of the total Company shares on 30/06/2005, that is up to 13.125.877
shares. The maximum price for the purchase is €18 per share and
the minimum €1 per share. This resolution is valid for a period
of 12 months and ends on the 30th of June, 2006.
In implementing the above resolution of the shareholders'
General Meeting, the Company announces that it intends to proceed with
the purchase of up to 4.000.000 own shares, at a maximum price of €18
per share and a minimum of €1 per share, in the time period between
the 10th of March 2006 and the 30th of June 2006.
