+++ NTRACOM HOLDINGS S.A.: Intended corporate actions program
for the fiscal year 2006 +++
INTRACOM HOLDINGS presents herewith the following intended
corporate actions plan:
- March 31, 2006: Release of annual financial statements
(stand alone and consolidated).
- April 17, 2006: Annual briefing of analysts on the
financial results of the company for the fiscal year 2005.*
- June 30, 2006: Shareholders' Ordinary General Meeting
The company will decide in a forthcoming session of its Board of Directors
(up to March 31, 2006) whether it will or will not distribute a dividend.
*The company retains the right, at its sole discretion,
to change the aforementioned date provided that it will inform the investing public promptly.
