Own share purchase review, according to the resolution of the 30/06/2005 Annual General Meeting of shareholders +++
INTRACOM ÇÏLDINGS announces that from 10/03/2006 until 30/06/2006 (inclusive), when the time period for the purchase of own shares ends, as decided by the 30/06/2005 Annual General Meeting of its shareholders, proceeded with the purchase of 365.726 own shares, with average buy price € 5,371, which represent 0,276% of the total number of Company shares (132.413.583).
