Transfer of INTRACOM HOLDINGS' participation in INTRADEVELOPMENT +++
According to Law 3340/2005 and article 2 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 3/347/12-7-2005, INTRACOM HOLDINGS notifies that on 30/6/2006 it proceeded with the sale of 9.500 Common Registered shares of "INTRADEVELOPMENT S. A., REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT AND EXPLOITATION" companybasedin Peania, Attiki, with the distinctive title "INTRADEVELOPMENT", to the company INTRAKAT, which represent 47,5% of INTRADEVELOPMENT's share capital and the total participation of INTRACOM HOLDINGS in that company. The value of the transaction amounted to € 279.775,00.
