Announcement for Sale of Common Registered Shares in paper form which have not been deposited in order to be dematerialised

The Company informs its shareholders that, according to the decision no. 1/380/04.05.2006 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC) Board of Directors (Government Newspaper Issue  /657/25.05.2006) and Law 3371/2005 regarding the "Sale of Common Registered Shares in paper form which have not been deposited in order to be dematerialised", shareholders must deposit any such shares with the Company - including Common Registered shares of the merged INTRASOFT S. A., together with their full details (copy of their investor account at the Dematerialised Securities System), by Monday the 10 th of July 2006, in order for the dematerialisation to take place.
The Common Registered Shares in paper form not deposited with the Company by the above date, will be sold via the Athens Exchange after July 14 th, 2006, according to the stipulations of the aforementioned decision (no. 1/380/04.05.2006) of the HCMC Board of Directors.
The funds from the sale will be deposited by the Company at the Deposits and Loans' Fund and will be at the beneficiaries' disposal.
