Announcement on the purchase of own shares

INTRACOM HOLDINGS announces that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders held on 28/06/2006, approved anew, the purchase of own shares via the Athens Exchange, as follows:
The maximum number of shares that can be purchased is the remainder of own shares already acquired, up to the 10% limit, that is up to 12.875.632 shares. The highest buy price is €18 per share and the lowest €1, per share. This resolution is valid for 12 months, until June 28th, 2007.
In implementing the aforementioned resolution of the INTRACOM HOLDINGS' shareholders 28/06/2006 AGM, the Company announces that it may purchase own shares from July 17th, 2006 until June 28th, 2007.
