Mr. S. Loukakos is appointed hellas online new CEO
++
INTRACOM HOLDINGS announces that Mr. Apostolos Koukouvinos, Managing Director and member of the Board of Directors of its subsidiary hellas online (hol), has resigned. Starting September 1, 2006, Mr. Stefanos Loukakos, HOL BoD Vice-President, takes over as the Managing Director of the company.
Mr. Loukakos has an extensive experience in the senior management of Deutsche Telekom and HSBC in Paris and London. He holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD, Master Degrees in Engineering from Stanford and Berkeley (California) Universities and is a cum laudae graduate of the National Technical University of Athens.
