+++ Purchase of own shares, according to the 28/06/2006 shareholders' General Meeting resolution +++

INTRACOM HOLDINGS, in accordance with article 4, paragraph 4 of the European Communities Commission Regulations, hereby notifies the investing public that it has proceeded with the purchase of own shares, according to article 16 of Coded Law 2190/1920 as currently valid, the 28.06.2006 shareholders General Meeting resolution and the 19.07.2006 decision of its Board of Directors, as follows:

• On 06/09/2006, the Company purchased 30.000 own shares, with average purchase price €4,89, per share.
• On 07/09/2006, the Company purchased 21.000 own shares, with average purchase price €4,84, per share.
• On 08/09/2006, the Company purchased 30.000 own shares, with average purchase price €4,88, per share.
• On 11/09/2006, the Company purchased 10.000 own shares, with average purchase price €4,98, per share.
• On 12/09/2006, the Company purchased 23.000 own shares, with average purchase price €4,96, per share.

The aforementioned total 114.000 own shares were purchased via
ΕFG EUROBANK Securities, with average purchase price €4,90, per share.
