+++ Purchase of own shares, according to the 28/06/2006 shareholders' General Meeting resolution +++
INTRACOM HOLDINGS, in accordance with article 4, paragraph 4, of the European Communities Commission Regulations (N. 2273/2003), hereby notifies the investing public that from 13/03/2007 until 16/03/2007, it has proceeded with the purchase of total 82.000 own shares, according to article 16 of Coded Law 2190/1920, as currently valid, the 28.06.2006 shareholders' General Meeting resolution and the 06.03.2007 decision of its Board of Directors, as follows:
- On 13/03/2007, the Company proceeded with the purchase of 25.000 own shares, with average purchase price € 4,16, per share.
- On 14/03/2007, the Company proceeded with the purchase of 17.000 own shares, with average purchase price € 4,03, per share.
- On 15/03/2007, the Company proceeded with the purchase of 20.000 own shares, with average purchase price € 4,06, per share.
- On 16/03/2007, the Company proceeded with the purchase of 20.000 own shares, with average purchase price € 4,06, per share.
The aforementioned total 82.000 own shares were purchased via "PROTON BANK S.A.", with average purchase price € 4,09, per share.
