+++ Purchase of own shares, according to the 28/06/2006 shareholders' General Meeting resolution +++
INTRACOM HOLDINGS, in accordance with article 4, paragraph 4, of the European Communities Commission Regulations (N. 2273/2003), hereby notifies the investing public that according to article 16 of Coded Law 2190/1920, as currently valid, the 28.06.2006 shareholders' General Meeting resolution and the 06.03.2007 decision of its Board of Directors, on 20/03/2007 it has proceeded with the purchase of 17.000 own shares, via "PROTON BANK S.A.", with average purchase price € 4,06, per share.
