+++ Announcement regarding the purchase of own
shares +++
INTRACOM HOLDINGS, following the Announcements made on 05/07/2006 and 19/07/2006, regarding the purchase of own shares, hereby informs the investing public that in the time period from 09/03/2007 until 08/06/2007 inclusive, the Company intends to proceed with the purchase of up to 3.220.000 own shares, at maximum € 18 and minimum € 1 purchase price per share.
