+++ Purchase of own shares, according to the 28/06/2006 Company shareholders' Annual General Meeting resolution +++
INTRACOM HOLDINGS, in accordance with article 4, paragraph 4, of the European Communities Commission Regulations no. 2273/2003, hereby notifies the investing public that according to article 16 of Coded Law 2190/1920, as currently valid, the 28/06/2006 shareholders' Annual General Meeting resolution and the 06/03/2007 decision of its Board of Directors, on 16/04/2007 it proceeded with the purchase of 29.771 own shares, via "EFG EUROBANK Securities S.A." and "PROTON BANK S.A.", with average purchase price € 4,51, per share.
