+++ Notification of differentiation of Company shareholder's voting rights percentage, according to Presidential Decree 51/92 +++
In accordance with Presidential Decree 51/92, as this is valid after its amendment, INTRACOM HOLDINGS hereby notifies that FIDELITY INTERNATIONAL, with its letters dated 26/02/2007 and 18/04/2007, regarding the FIDELITY MANAGEMENT & RESEARCH CORPORATION voting rights percentage and INTRACOM HOLDINGS shares amounting to over 5%, as announced on 30/11/2004 at the Athens Exchange Daily Official List, has clarified that the holder of the aforementioned voting rights was not FIDELITY MANAGEMENT & RESEARCH CORPORATION, but FID LOW PRICED STOCK FUND.
Additionally, FID LOW PRICED STOCK FUND as an INTRACOM HOLDINGS shareholder, with its letter to the Company dated 18/04/2007, notified that on 17/04/2007 it proceeded with a sale of Company shares. As a result, its percentage of participation in the total number of INTRACOM HOLDINGS voting rights has decreased from 5,04% to 4,89%, with a corresponding change in its percentage of participation in the total number of Company shares.
