+++ Purchase of own shares, according to the 28/06/2006 Company shareholders' Annual General Meeting resolution +++
INTRACOM HOLDINGS, in accordance with article 4, paragraph 4, of the European Communities Commission Regulations no. 2273/2003, hereby notifies the investing public that according to article 16 of Codified Law 2190/1920, as currently valid, the 28/06/2006 shareholders' Annual General Meeting resolution and the 06/03/2007 decision of its Board of Directors, on 02/05/2007 it proceeded with the purchase of 37.000 own shares, via the Athens Exchange Member Company "INTERSEC Securities S.A.", with average purchase price € 4,14, per share.
