+++ Purchase of own shares, according to the resolution of the 28/06/2006 Annual General Meeting of Company shareholders +++
INTRACOM HOLDINGS, following the 08/06/2007 Announcement on the purchase of own shares, notifies the investing public that the period of time set for the purchase of own shares ended on 28/06/2007 and the Company, while implementing the resolution of the 28/06/2006 Annual General Meeting of shareholders and during the final time period from 13/06/2007 until 28/06/2007 inclusive, proceeded with the purchase of 55.000 own shares in total, with average purchase price €3,96 per share. Subsequently, the total of own shares that the Company acquired from 17/07/2006 until 28/06/2007 inclusive (end date of the aforementioned 28/06/2006 AGM resolution), amounts to 1.315.110 shares, with average purchase price €4,38 per share.
The total number of own shares that the Company holds on 28/06/2007 amounts to 1.680.836 shares (1,26% of the Company's share capital), 365.726 of which, that is 0,27% of the Company's share capital, were purchased while implementing the 30/06/2005 AGM resolution and the remaining 1.315.110 own shares, that is 0,99% of the Company's share capital, were purchased while implementing the 28/06/2006 AGM resolution.
