+++ Announcement on the purchase of own shares +++
INTRACOM HOLDINGS announces that the Annual General Meeting of Company shareholders held on 29/06/2007, approved anew the purchase of own shares, via the Athens Exchange, as follows:
The maximum number of shares that may be purchased is the remainder of the own shares already in the Company's possession, up to a limit of 10%, which is, 11.612.907 shares. The maximum purchase price is €18,00 per share and the minimum 1,00 per share. This resolution is valid for 12 months, that is, until the 29th of June 2008.
In accordance with the aforementioned resolution of the 29/06/2007 Annual General Meeting of shareholders, INTRACOM HOLDINGS announces that the Company may purchase own shares from July 11, 2007 until June 29, 2008. More specifically, the Company informs the investing public that it intends to purchase up to 2.903.226 of its own shares, at maximum €18,00 and minimum €1,00 purchase price per share, during the time period from 11/07/2007 until 11/10/2007 inclusive.
