ΙΝΤΡΑCΟΜ HOLDINGS S.A. (ASE:INTRK) announces the termination of the agreement dated December 1st, 2006, concerning the acquisition, through a capital increase, by JSC COMSTAR United Telesystems of a 51% stake at Hellas on Line S.A. (hol), a fully-owned subsidiary of ΙΝΤΡΑCΟΜ HOLDINGS S.A.
