Intracom S.A. Holdings announces that the agreement for the acquisition of the total amount (100%) of shares of the telecommunications company "Teledome Systems of Telecommunications - Software and Telematics Commercial and Industrial Societe Anonyme" has been signed. The transfer of the 39% of the shares was consummated today, whereas the rest 61% of the shares shall be transferred immediately after the approval of the National Telecommunications and Post Commission (NTPC). The aforementioned acquisition constitutes a further step towards the strategic goal of Intracom S.A. Holdings for the creation of a strong business group in the sector of integrated telecommunications services.
