+++ Announcement on the non-liquidation of Company shares not deposited for dematerialisation during the time period 21/01/2008 until 20/03/2008 inclusive +++
INTRACOM HOLDINGS, in the framework of the 16/460/10.01.2008 decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors and following its 17/01/2008 Announcement, regarding the liquidation period of 145.979 of its shares that were not deposited for dematerialisation, informs the investing public that no Company shares were liquidated during the period 21/01/2008 until 20/03/2008 inclusive.
Following the above, the Company will issue a further Announcement on the start date of the new period of liquidation of the aforementioned 145.979 shares not deposited for dematerialisation.
