+++ INTRACOM participates in the Defendory 2004 International
Fair +++
INTRACOM participates in the Defendory 2004 International
Fair (http://www.defendory.gr),
which is the fifteenth event in the series of Defense Exhibitions founded and
organized in Greece by the national Institute of Industrial Exhibitions
(IIE). IIE has a distinguished record in organizing specialized industrial,
high technology and defense exhibitions, all under the auspices of the
respective Ministries.
The Defendory 2004 will take place in the OLP Exhibition
Center of the Port Authority of Piraeus, Greece, from Tuesday 5th to Saturday
9th of October 2004.
Over the years, 2650 defense industries from over 52
nations have participated as exhibitors in Defendory Fairs. The Fair attracts
every year a large number (over 30,000) of professional visitors
from all over the world, while it is anticipated with great interest from
local and foreign defense manufacturers and users.
The Fair provides a unique opportunity to meet with
the visiting foreign government officials and
high-ranking armed forces delegations from all parts of the world. The
exhibits include implementation of the forthcoming defense programmes
of the Hellenic Armed Forces. The Fair is also considered to a proper
environment for the development of contacts and fruitful cooperation with
other exhibiting industries and the Hellenic Defense industries as well.
An international conference is also scheduled to take
place within the exhibition grounds, where prominent high-ranking international
personalities (at the level of Ministers and Deputy Ministers of Defense)
will address the audience.
INTRACOM's exhibition booth occupies an area of 306
sq.m. (3300 sq.ft.), Stands No 53-56 & 81-93, where the company will
present, demonstrate and promote its most recent innovative products and
advanced solutions in the field of high-tech defense and military electronics,
telecommunications and information technology.
