+++ PERMANENT AND IRREVOCABLE ACQUITTAL OF SOKRATIS KOKKALIS +++
Further to the prosecution of the President and CEO of INTRACOM Holdings, Mr. S. Kokkalis, by the District Attorneys of the Athens Magistrate's Court and the Athens Court of Appeal for certain serious charges, the irrevocable acquittal decision No. 3384/2006 of the Judicial Council of the Athens Court of Appeal was issued.
It must be noted that the above acquittal by the Judicial Council of the Athens Court of Appeal was concluded by the Greek Justice after detailed and repeated investigations by Greek Judges and numerous Organizations, Parliaments and Courts of all ranks in Greece, Germany, Switzerland and Russia, lasting over seven years.
