+++ Private projects contracts of euro 5.25 mil. for INTRAKAT +++

During the past few weeks, INTRAKAT undertook private projects amounting to euro5.25 mil. by signing three new contracts with the companies "Ρ.Ν.Μ. DEVELOPMENT S.A." and " ΤΕΝΙ S.A.".

The first contract, amounting to euro 2.22 mil., signed with the company "Ρ.Ν.Μ. DEVELOPMENT S.A." involves the construction of the project "New seven-storey Office Building with a store on the ground floor, two basements and roof" on a property owned by the employer at Kondili Coast in Piraeus. The project will be completed within 2007.

Moreover, INTRAKAT signed two contracts of euro 3.03 mil. for the execution of additional works for the project "Completion of a Parking Station with four basements and the construction of a seven-storey office building", which was undertaken in 2005, on behalf of the company "ΤΕΝΙ S.A.".
