The Appropriate candidate will be responsible for the Business Analysis of Information Systems and Consultative services during the Projects Development for customers in the areas of Analysis, Parameterisation, Training, Documentation, Test Design and Execution.

Required Competencies:

Education:

Knowledge/skills:

• University degree in Banking, Finance or related field

• At least 3 years working experience in the Organisational or Customer Service Operations in the Banking Sector
• Knowledge/Experience in one or more from the following Banking Operations: Deposits, Loans, Foreign Exchange & Funds Transfer, General Ledger, etc
• PC Literate with knowledge and experience of MS Office Suite Applications
• Excellent command of the English language.
