Mr. S. Kokkalis, Chairman

Mr. Kokkalis, Founder, Chairman, and majority shareholder of the INTRACOM Group of Companies, was born in Athens and holds a degree in Physics and Electronics. An active sponsor of leading educational, cultural, athletic and business events in Southeast Europe, Mr. Kokkalis became a John Harvard Fellow in 1997 after establishing the Kokkalis Program at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. In 1998 Mr. Kokkalis founded the Kokkalis Foundation, a non-profit organization with a focus on educational and regional development issues. A fluent speaker of English, German and Russian, Mr. Kokkalis also speaks Romanian, Italian, Bulgarian and conversational Serbian and French. Mr. Kokkalis was for many years the major shareholder of "Olympiacos", the most famous and popular Greek soccer team and sports club.

Dr. D. Klonis, Vice-Chairman

Mr. Klonis holds a Ph.D. degree in Economics from the University of London and has received a number of educational awards and scholarships from the Greek Government, the Bank of Greece, and the "Alexander S. Onassis" Foundation. Mr. Klonis served as a Senior Economist in the Research Department of the Bank of Greece until March 1994, a Professor at Deree College (1987-1997) and a Member of the Council of Economic Advisors to the Mayor of Athens (1990 to 1992).

Mr. Klonis joined INTRACOM in April 1994 as Deputy General Manager of Corporate Finance and Administration and has been the INTRACOM Group's Chief Financial Officer since October 1995. In January 2005 he was elected Executive General Manager of the Corporate Centre and in November 2006 Executive Director, Group Financial Management. He is serving as member of the B.o.D. of the company since October 1995 and during a two-year period from March 2004 until February 2006, he held the position of Vice Chairman. Since February 2011, he holds the position of Vice-Chairman of the B.o.D. and Deputy CEO of INTRACOM HOLDINGS.

Furthermore, Mr. Klonis is a member of the B.o.D. of several other companies of the INTRACOM GROUP, as well as of INTRACOM TELECOM and INTRALOT. He is also Vice-Chairman of INTRACOM DEFENSE ELECTRONICS, INTRACOM IT SERVICES and INTRAKAT, and Chairman of the B.o.D. of KEKROPS S.A.

Mr. A. Kotsis, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Kotsis holds an M.Phil. in Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik) from the Fredericiana Universitaet Karlsruhe, Germany and a B.Sc. in applied Mathematics, from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece.

He joined INTRACOM in 1991, initially at INTRACOM (1991-1993) and then INTRASOFT (1993­-1995). He joined INTRASOFT International from its incorporation in Luxembourg in 1995 and served as the General Manager of INTRASOFT International S.A., Luxembourg. On March 23, 2006, Mr. Kotsis was appointed CEO of INTRASOFT International, a position he will still hold.

Based in Brussels, Belgium, Mr. Kotsis has been involved in the design and implementation of the company's Western European strategy, becoming a major provider of IT services to European Institutions and Member States.

Before joining INTRASOFT, Mr. Kotsis was a research fellow involved in the design and development of information dissemination systems at the University of Karlsruhe, Germany. Between 1984 and 1988 Mr. Kotsis worked as a Software Engineer, designing and developing commercial application software.

Mr. Kotsis is fluent in Greek, German, English and French. He is married with two children.

Mr. S. Pomonis, General Manager

Mr. Pomonis holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Piraeus, Greece and has completed graduate studies in systems analysis. Mr. Pomonis served as General Manager and Marketing Manager of BULL S.A. until the end of 2002. Mr. Pomonis joined INTRACOM in 2003 as General Manager of the Government Strategic Business Unit. In January 2005 he was appointed General Manager of the Government IT Solutions Division at the Services & Operations Sector. In January 2006 he was appointed General Manager of the Government IT Solutions Division of INTRACOM IT SERVICES.
