National Bank of Greece - Ôhe establishment of a new integrated Call Centre with automated "phone banking" customer services
INTRACOM IT SERVICES signed a new contract, with National Bank of Greece for the design, implementation and maintenance of the Bank's integrated Call Centre, which includes the provision of automated "phone banking" services.
The project will enable the Bank to offer innovative phone banking services using natural speech, and will strengthen the Bank's competitive advantages in the Greek market. Furthermore, through its scalable and expandable architecture, the system meets the present as well as future requirements of the Bank.
Specifically, this integrated solution is based on advanced and proven banking technologies of international and local manufacturers (Nortel, Genesys, Nuance etc.). The solution includes hardware and software for automated call management and servicing, specialized banking software for voice recognition and speech synthesis, as well as the required interoperability with the Bank's IT systems.
