One of the most important contracts in the field of network support services has been assigned to INTRASOFT International, as the sole contractor, by the DG "Informatics" (DG DIGIT). The 6-year € 20 M contract concerns the on-site intervention for the European Commission's different types of networks for a total of almost 40,000 end-users.

Mr. A. Kostis, INTRASOFT International CEO, said: "This is a key contract for the European Commission, because it concerns business-critical activities which constitute the basis of its whole infrastructure. We are honored by the trust of DG DIGIT, with which we have been working on many projects for the last eight years."

This contract is directly linked to the European Commission data, telephony, videoconferencing and televisions networks. Furthermore, the contract includes the analysis of the end-users' requests regarding changes, corrective and preventive actions, the network activities related to the de-installation and installation of buildings and the management of the stocks for data and telephony equipment.
